Made in Napa Valley's Roasted Tomato with Balsamic Savory Condiment
Fresh roasted tomatoes cooked with Balsamic vinegar and herbs. This savory condiment has oh so many uses. Delicious served grilled meats and chicken. Perfect for topping pizzas, focaccia or baguettes. Fabulous in omelettes too! Need to eat more veggies. Try this vegetable stack. Brush with olive oil and grill two portabello mushrooms, one red bell pepper, two slices of onions and 4 slices of zucchini. After grilling veggies, turn the mushrooms upside down. Put the sliced onion next, then the zucchini, a couple slices of fontina or gueyere cheese and top with the red bell pepper.
Put in a heated oven to 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove from oven, then take a 4 - 5 inch sprig of rosemary, remove the bottom leaves, stick the rosemary in the middle of stack. Then heat some of Tulocay's Made in Napa Valley Roasted Tomato Savory Condiment and put on the bottom of the plate. Then put on your stack. You can do this with basically any veggies that you have and any type of cheese that melts well. You and your family will be begging for more veggies
