Tulocay and Company combined champagne and shallots to give this mustard a soft and elegant taste. Try this mustard all over your pork chops, pork tenderloin or chicken and throw on the grill. Keep basting while you are cooking and once you have reached desired internal temperature, remove meat and let rest a few minutes. Then serve. You will get high marks on this and you don't have to tell that it was just mustard right out of the jar. Great spread on sandwiches or served with all types of sausages, boudin, andouille, or just plain pork. Great as a glaze for a ham as well. Oh so many uses!
