Gold Medal Winner at the 2002 Napa Valley Mustard Festival! Proprietary herb blend in a traditional dijon style mustard with chardonnay. For an easy fabulous vinaigrette , mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar, one clove fresh grated garlic and 1 tablespoon our herbed dijon mustard. Whisk together, salt and pepper to taste and chill for one hour. Toss with mixed field greens, chopped scallions and crumbled blue cheese. For a treat, grill two 1/2 inch fresh pineapple rings, chop and throw in salad while still warm. Totally gourmet! Use our herbed dijon in potato and pasta salads. Also, smother all over chicken, pork tenderloin and chops or any white fish before grilling or roasting. Adds rich flavor with no work.
