Sweetness from the apples and the smoky heat from the chipotles, this sauce is full of flavor. Perfect for pork chops and tenderloin, any type of fowl, turkey, chicken, cornish game hens. Brush on at the end of grilling or roasting. Also, delicious as a spread on sandwiches instead of mayonnaise. For something a little different with a southwest twist, make a turkey meat loaf with onions, red and green bell pepper and corn. When it is just about done, spoon on the Apple Chipotle finishing glaze. Then after you remove from oven, let it rest for about 5 minutes, slice and drizzle more glaze on each slice. Makes fabulous sandwiches the next day!
