Light and so fresh tasting. It is a great marinade for shrimp, scallops, all kinds of white fish and then of course chicken and pork are perfect to. For a fun barbecue, marinate scallops or shrimp and then make skewers with the shrimp or scallops, fresh chunks of pineapple, green onions and tomatoes. Brush with sauce while grilling.
