We blend three types of roasted chiles with citrus to create our Three Chiles & Citrus Yucatan Marinade & Dipping Sauce. You will use it for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Huevos Rancheros, enchiladas, and burritos have never been easier and I am not kidding. For instance, super easy enchiladas: cook corn tortillas quickly in grapeseed or vegetable oil, drain on paper towels, then top with your favorite shredded cheeses---Monterey jack, cheddar, feta, etc.---then roll 'em up. Coat a baking dish with Yucatan, add the cheese-filled tortillas, cover with more sauce, cheese and some green onions, cover with foil and pop in the oven. OK, how long could that take and muy muy bueno! Even easier, marinate chicken, pork or beef, and cook as usual! We love these flavors!
