Stella Cadente's L'Autunno Blend combines their Anderson Valley Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino & Coratina with Butte County Mission olives. This extra virgin olive oil has won many accolades including the pinnacle of oil awards - "Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Domestic", Oils of the World Competition 2003. The acidity rating on this oil is 0.15 (high polyphenol content - high antioxidant value).
Slowfood Editore Italia describes this Blend as:
"Pale green with yellow tones. The predominant flavor of new olives is accompanied by notes of mown hay, tomato leaves and aromatic herbs. The taste corresponds with the smell; the oil is very lively, with a good texture and pleasingly bitter and spicy notes. The finish is long and persistent."
