La Tourangelle White Truffle Oil(Tuber magnatum), begins with expeller-pressed Grapeseed oil, which is slowly infused with White truffle aroma following a 150-year-old French tradition. White Truffles originate in the Langhe area of the Piedmont region in northern Italy and, most famously, in the countryside around the city of Alba. The White Truffles are considered by many to be the most prestigious truffles. The strong, earthy flavor of this oil will bring a deep aroma to your dishes, and will especially complement pasta, meat and fish dishes.
Suitable for medium-high temperature cooking. Prefect for baking, dipping, blending into dressing, sauces, risotto, or drizzle on meat or fish.
