iveta gourmet's products are light and moist, not dense and dry like scones prepared with water or butter and eggs. They are quick and easy to prepare --- just add o­ne cup of heavy whipping cream, mix and bake --- no cutting butter, proofing or running out to the store for extra ingredients. And unlike most other mixes, we use freshly milled, unbleached flour and the finest available ingredients, without any chemical additives, artificial flavors and ingredients or hydrogenated vegetable oils. The Chicago Tribune described iveta's scones as “. . . proper scones that you could serve with pride to company”. We have been honored twice as a finalist in the Outstanding Baked Goods competition held by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, something no other baking mix has achieved. Even Oprah liked them enough to put them o­n her “O list”, a few things she thinks are “just great”.
