Marshall's Farm California Honey Wild West Wildflower This tasty Dark honey is caramelized & molasses-like. Use this honey on toast or pancakes, for baking, for balsamic vinaigrettes, on yogurt and best of all in that BBQ sauce you'll be cooking up. It's a wildflower blend made from the pollens and nectars of all of our honeys. This is the only honey that we warm. That is how we get the rich caramelized taste.
