1/4lb. Feta Cheese
4 oz. Cream Cheese
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
6 Tbsp Ground Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Black Pepper (to taste)
Juice of 1/2 Lemon or more
Blend all the above ingredients in a food processor. Transfer into a glass bowl and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve at room temperature on crackers or baguettes
8oz. whipped cream cheese
2 Tbsp Ground Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Squeeze of Lemon (to taste)
Dash of Tabasco (to taste)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and server on sliced baguettes to as a dip for vegetables.
8 oz. block of cream cheese
1/2 cup Honey Fruit Spread
Soften cream cheese. Blend in honey fruit spread. Mix until well combined. Taste. Add more fruit spread if you want it more fruity.
