Stella Cadente "Extra Virgin Olive Oil"
Code: SD04
Price: $19.50
Quantity in Basket: none
Stella Cadente "Extra Virgin Olive Oil" is hand picked, cold pressed and unfiltered. Stella Cadente's L'Autunno Blend combines their Anderson Valley Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino & Coratina with Butte County Mission olives. This extra virgin olive oil has won many accolades including the pinnacle of oil awards - "Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Domestic", Oils of the World Competition 2003. The acidity rating on this oil is 0.15 (high polyphenol content - high antioxidant value).

Slowfood Editore Italia describes this Blend as:
"Pale green with yellow tones. The predominant flavor of new olives is accompanied by notes of mown hay, tomato leaves and aromatic herbs. The taste corresponds with the smell; the oil is very lively, with a good texture and pleasingly bitter and spicy notes. The finish is long and persistent."

L'Autunno Blend is made in the style of great Italian oils - fruity, hints of aromatic herbs, with a lively taste and peppery finish. L'Autunno Blend is excellent with pastas, for dipping with your favorite crusty bread, to swirl atop your favorite soups, with chicken dishes and virtually any food that requires some added oomph!

L'Autunno Blend is an Oils of the World Competition award winning extra virgin olive oil!
7 oz (200mL) glass bottle, These bottles are imported from Italy. The bottles are dark green because olive oil oxidizes with light.
