Eventhough you might already be familiar with the Thai flavor profile you will find Maya Bay surprisingly unique. This sauce is all natural with lemongrass, garlic, honey and red chiles. Use this sauce to marinate chicken but we encourage you to drizzle some on your scallops and other favorite seafood. We often use Maya Bay simply as a dip for crusty bread.
